Event Policy

15 NOVEMBER 2025

This Event Policy applies to all In The Flo’ events, regardless of the venue. It covers entry, safety expectations, ticket delivery, reselling, refunds, and general event operations.


1. Entry

1.1 Ticket Requirements

  • All tickets are delivered as PDF files with a unique QR code.
  • Digital or printed versions are accepted.
  • QR codes must be clearly visible for scanning.

1.2 Single Use

  • Each ticket is valid for one scan only.
  • After the first successful scan, the ticket becomes invalid permanently.

1.3 Reselling

  • Tickets may be transferred or resold.
  • Only the first valid scan grants entry.
  • Buyers of resold tickets should ensure they trust the seller.

1.4 Right to Refuse Entry

  • Entry may be denied for:
  • Fraudulent or unreadable tickets
  • Aggressive or unsafe behavior
  • Visible intoxication
  • Violations of house rules or venue rules
     

Staff and security decisions are final.


2. Safety

2.1 Venue Rules

Since In The Flo’ uses different venues, each location may have its own:

  • Bag checks
  • ID or age restrictions
  • Re-entry rules
  • Prohibited items
  • Security procedures

Guests must follow all venue-specific rules.

2.2 Prohibited Items

Typically not allowed:

  • Weapons
  • Illegal substances
  • Outside alcohol
  • Glass bottles
  • Large bags
  • Hazardous materials
  • Unauthorized recording equipment

2.3 Behavior Expectations

  • No harassment, discrimination, or hateful behavior
  • No violence or threats
  • No damaging property
  • No disruptive behavior
     

Violators may be removed without refund.

2.4 Emergencies

In an emergency, follow staff and security instructions immediately.


3. Ticket Delivery

3.1 Delivery Method

Tickets are delivered automatically via email as a PDF with your QR code.

3.2 Delivery Time

Delivery is instant after payment.


If you do not see your ticket:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Confirm the email used at checkout
  • Contact us at info@floharmenzon.com

3.3 Ticket Validity

  • Tickets must remain unaltered and readable.
  • Damaged or obstructed QR codes may delay entry.

4. Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds are issued unless an event is affected by force majeure.
  • If force majeure occurs, the event may be rescheduled.
  • Tickets will remain valid for the new date.

5. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you agree to:

  • This Event Policy
  • Venue rules
  • All staff and security instructions

These guidelines help us create safe, smooth, and memorable events for everyone.
