1. How do I receive my ticket?
Tickets are delivered automatically via email after purchase.
2. I didn’t receive my ticket. What should I do?
- Check your Inbox, Spam, or Promotions folder
- Verify you entered the correct email

3. Can I resell or transfer my ticket?
Yes. Tickets may be resold or transferred, but only before they have been scanned at the event.
Once scanned, the ticket becomes invalid permanently.
Only the first scan of the QR code is accepted.
4. Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final.
Refunds are only considered if an event is cancelled due to force majeure.
5. What happens if the event is rescheduled?
Your ticket remains valid for the new date.
You will receive email updates automatically.
6. What if I lose my ticket?
Tickets can be resent if you contact info@floharmenzon.com, but the original QR code will still function as first-scan only.
7. What do I need to show at the entrance?
Your ticket (digital or printed)
ID if the event has age restrictions
8. Can I be refused entry?
Yes. Entry may be refused for:
- Intoxication
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior
- Violating venue rules
- Attempting to reuse a used ticket
No refund will be provided in these cases.
9. Are there age restrictions?
Some events may be 18+ or 21+. Check event details before purchasing. ID may be required.
