By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event organized by In The Flo’, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase & Payment
- All ticket purchases are final.
- Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
- Tickets may not be resold for profit; resale is allowed only for personal transfer.
- Tickets delivered automatically via email are valid only when purchased through www.intheflo.xyz.
2. Ticket Delivery & Validity
- Tickets are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
- Tickets contain a unique QR code and are valid for one-time entry only.
- Tickets may be resold or transferred to another person before use.
- Once scanned at the event entrance, the ticket becomes permanently invalid.
- Any attempt to reuse, duplicate, or resell a ticket after it has been used will be considered fraud and denied entry.
3. Lost or Missing Tickets
- In The Flo’ is not responsible for tickets lost, deleted, or inaccessible due to email issues.
- If a ticket email is not received, contact info@floharmenzon.com to resend.
- Only the most recent QR code will be valid if a ticket is resent.
4. Entry Requirements
- Attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) at the entrance.
- ID verification may be required if the event has age restrictions.
- In The Flo’ reserves the right to refuse entry for:
- Intoxication
- Disorderly or unsafe behavior
- Violation of venue rules
- Attempting to use a ticket that has already been scanned
- No refund will be provided for refused entry.
5. Event Changes
- In The Flo’ reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, performers, lineup, or schedule.
- Tickets remain valid for the updated event.
- Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
6. Force Majeure
A force majeure event is any circumstance beyond the control of In The Flo’, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Strikes or industrial action
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Acts of war or terrorism
In the event of force majeure:
- In The Flo’ may reschedule the event.
- Tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Refunds are not guaranteed, but if offered, instructions will be communicated via email.
7. Fraud & Ticket Abuse
- Only the first scan of a ticket QR code will be accepted.
- Duplicate, tampered, or fraudulent tickets are invalid.
- Attempts to reuse or replicate tickets will result in denied entry.
- In The Flo’ is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sellers.
8. Age Restrictions
- Some events may be 18+ or 21+.
- Attendees may be required to present a valid ID.
- No refund will be provided if denied entry due to age restrictions.
9. Photography & Media
- By attending an event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
- Media may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
10. Liability
- Attendance is at your own risk.
- In The Flo’ is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, unless caused by proven negligence of the organizer.
11. Conduct & Safety
- Attendees must follow venue rules and staff instructions.
- Unsafe or illegal behavior may result in removal without refund.
- The organizer reserves the right to enforce all local laws and regulations.
12. Resale & Transfers
- Tickets may be resold or transferred before scanning at the event.
- After the ticket is scanned, it becomes permanently invalid.
- Fraudulent resale or duplication after use will result in denied entry.
13. Privacy & Data
- Customer data is used to process tickets, deliver event information, and communicate essential updates.
- Personal information will not be sold.
