REFUND POLICY

15 NOVEMBER 2025


1. All Sales Are Final

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
    Refunds are only considered in the case of force majeure.

2. Automatic Ticket Delivery

  • Tickets are delivered automatically to the email provided at checkout.
    Ensure your email address is correct. Failure to receive tickets due to a wrong or inaccessible email is not a valid reason for a refund.

3. Ticket Validity & Resale

  • Tickets may be resold or transferred to another person.
  • Each ticket has a unique QR code valid for one-time entry only.
  • Once scanned at the event entrance, the ticket is permanently invalid.
  • Attempting to use a ticket after it has been scanned is considered fraud.

4. Event Changes

Changes to date, time, venue, lineup, or schedule do not qualify for refunds. Tickets remain valid for the updated details.


5. Force Majeure

Force majeure includes:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, or any unforeseen events making the event unsafe or impossible.
  • In such cases:
  • The event may be rescheduled.
  • Your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed; if offered, instructions will be communicated via email.

6. Entry Refusal

No refund will be issued if entry is denied due to:

  • Disorderly or unsafe behavior
  • Intoxication
  • Age restrictions or ID verification failures
  • Violation of venue rules
  • Fraudulent or tampered tickets

7. Fraud & Duplicate Tickets

  • Duplicate, fake, or tampered tickets are invalid.
  • Only the first scan of a ticket QR code will be accepted.
